About IQ PDF Manager
Last updated: September 2026
IQ PDF Manager started from a simple frustration: most online PDF tools ask you to upload a personal document to a stranger's server just to rotate a page or combine two files. For a lot of everyday tasks, that's more than the job needs.
So IQ PDF Manager does the work differently. Wherever it's technically possible, your file is processed with JavaScript running inside your own browser — merging, splitting, converting, and editing happen on your device, not ours.
What we built
IQ PDF Manager currently offers eight tools: merge, split, compress, JPG to PDF, PDF to JPG, rotate, delete pages, and extract pages. Each one is built to actually work, with real output files you can open, share, and trust — not a demo.
What we didn't build
There's no account system, no dashboard, and no tracking beyond what's necessary to keep the site running. We also didn't invent statistics about how many people use IQ PDF Manager, because we'd rather tell you nothing than tell you something untrue.
Who's behind this
IQ PDF Manager is an independent project. If you have feedback, the contact page is the place to send it.
Tools and guides
Alongside the tools, we publish practical PDF guides. They exist to answer the questions that come up while using the tools — why a PDF won't compress, what the difference between a scanned and a text-based PDF is, how to share only the pages someone needs — rather than to pad the site with articles. Every guide links back to the tool that does the job, and every tool page explains its own limitations.
How we write about the tools
We try to describe each tool exactly as it behaves. If a mode makes text non-selectable, the page says so. If a result can come out larger than the original, the page says that too. If you find a statement on this site that doesn't match what a tool actually did with your file, please tell us through the contact page so we can correct it.
